From the Photographer...
It has been quite a journey for Lauren and Tim, from Craigslist roommates to the king and queen of Milwaukee for a day. Their story is a unique combination of classic and modern, a timeless meet-cute mashed up with the modern ways we all connect. Their wedding day reflected the same theme: from the classic Pfister to a modern Milwaukee Art Museum wedding.
Lauren and Tim weren’t really considering a Milwaukee Art Museum wedding when they started planning. In fact, it was the last venue they visited. “It was the last place we looked, but, when we walked in, we looked at each other and had the moment where we both knew this was the venue,” explained Lauren. Being from the east coast, Lauren was particularly excited to show off her new city to her friends and family. A Milwaukee Art Museum wedding was the perfect excuse and setting to do just that. “Everyone had such a great time and absolutely loved the city.”
Adding to that great time was their amazing band Front of House. They know how to work a crowd and really put on a great show. “At the end of our wedding we had to add another 15 minutes because everyone was still dancing!” added Lauren. That’s a great band!
